Terms and conditions
1. Scope
This draft concerns individually agreed hair and make-up, bridal, event and shooting services, as well as content creation, UGC and content days, creator services, brand collaborations, campaigns and ongoing content support. Individual agreements take precedence. Whether and how these terms are effectively incorporated must be clarified before use.
2. Contracting party
The contracting party is the provider fully identified in the legal notice.

[MUSTERMANN – STREET / HOUSE NUMBER]
[MUSTERMANN – POSTCODE / CITY]
Email: [MUSTERMANN – PUBLIC EMAIL]
Telephone: [MUSTERMANN – CONFIRM TELEPHONE / CONTACT METHOD]
3. Formation of a contract
A website enquiry is not a binding booking. Scope, date and fees are coordinated in an individual offer. A contract is formed only by the agreed acceptance of the specific offer. [MUSTERMANN – CONFIRM THE ACTUAL OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE PROCESS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION]
4. Scope of services
The agreed services and formats govern the scope. Additional services, dates, people, edits or ongoing support require a supplementary agreement. No particular advertising effect or reach is promised.
5. Appointments and cooperation
Appointments, preparation times, access to the event or production location and required materials are coordinated. Both parties inform each other in good time of circumstances significantly affecting delivery or the schedule.
6. Prices and payment
Fees, any VAT, payment dates and agreed deposits are transparently stated in the offer. [MUSTERMANN – CONFIRM TAX STATUS, PRICE PRESENTATION AND ACTUAL PAYMENT TERMS] This draft introduces no flat-rate deposits or payment deadlines.
7. Travel costs and expenses
Travel, travel time, accommodation, additional staff, materials or production costs are charged only following a transparent prior agreement.
8. Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling is considered by mutual agreement. Existing statutory rights of termination and withdrawal remain unaffected. This draft sets no flat-rate cancellation fees or automatic obligations to pay 100%. [MUSTERMANN – OBTAIN LEGAL REVIEW OF SERVICE-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION ARRANGEMENTS]
9. Delays
In the event of delays, the parties agree on what delivery remains realistically possible. There is no agreement to automatically reduce agreed rights or require full payment regardless of the cause and scope of services.
10. Information required for beauty services
During personal coordination, the client informs the provider of intolerances or limitations specifically relevant to safe delivery. No medical diagnoses or promises of healing are offered. Health information is processed only to the necessary extent and on a separately clarified lawful basis.
11. Content and brand projects
The brief, formats, scope, delivery dates, approval process and any ongoing support are individually described. Clients provide approved product information and materials that may lawfully be used. Statutory advertising disclosure requirements must be observed.
12. Coordination and corrections
The number and scope of included coordination rounds or corrections are defined in the offer. Additional changes are agreed before implementation. Silence alone does not constitute approval unless separately and effectively agreed.
13. Content usage rights
Usage is expressly agreed by medium, purpose, duration, territory, organic or paid use, editing and any exclusivity. Paid ads, whitelisting, sublicensing, raw files and unlimited rights are not automatically included. Statutory and individually agreed rights remain unaffected.
14. Supplied materials and rights
The parties clarify rights to images, texts, brands, music and other materials. No blanket indemnification is agreed. Missing rights or approvals must be clarified before use.
15. Images of people and publication
Images of clients, contributors and other people are used only on the specifically agreed lawful basis. A booking does not automatically grant Prisanthi unlimited permission to publish personal images. Portfolio and self-promotional use are clarified separately.
16. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. This draft contains no limitation of liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or other claims protected by mandatory law. Any further differentiated clause would require separate legal review.
17. Force majeure and inability to perform
In the event of unforeseeable, unavoidable obstacles, the parties inform each other immediately and consider an alternative date or another appropriate solution. Statutory rights, particularly in cases of impossibility or disrupted performance, remain unaffected.
18. Data protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with the actual privacy policy. A contractual booking is not blanket consent to advertising or publication of images of people.
19. Consumer rights and dispute resolution
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Distance selling and withdrawal obligations must be assessed against the actual contracting process. [MUSTERMANN – CONFIRM VSBG INFORMATION OBLIGATIONS AND WILLINGNESS OR OBLIGATION TO PARTICIPATE]
20. Final provisions
Mandatory statutory protections remain unaffected. This draft does not establish blanket exclusive jurisdiction for consumers. Changes and additions are documented in accordance with the specific contracting process.
